Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. The delivery timeframe would be 5-7 days.
We cannot guarantee delivery time under special circumstances, such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc. If there are special circumstances, we will inform you by email.

- Delivery days do not include the date of dispatch (i.e. Dispatch to ACT on Monday, count 5-7 days from Tuesday)

In case a package delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or other factors, we will make every effort to contact you and resolve the situation. Please note that there may be additional shipping fees for reshipment.

WARRANTY
Warranty Period And Warranty
RitKeep Fitness provides a comprehensive warranty coverage for a duration from the date of purchase. During this period, we guarantee that your product will be free from any defects in material, functionality, and workmanship. The warranty is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser of the product, as long as you remain the owner.
The RitKeep Limited Warranty is limited to the written terms as expressed in this document. RitKeep does not authorize anyone to change or extend the terms of this limited warranty in any manner. The Limited Warranty is not transferable to subsequent Product owners or users - or otherwise available to anyone other than the original retail purchaser that acquired the Product directly from RitKeep.
What is Covered
FOR ALL WARRANTIES * Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding a RitKeep product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that our warranty does not apply to product or barbell service and maintenance. We recommend you properly service and maintain your product for lifelong product longevity.
Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding a RitKeep product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty Reimbursement Provisions and Limitations
With respect to RitKeep's obligations in response to a valid warranty claim, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Any decision to replace the Product or to provide payment for the parts and labor necessary to repair the Product shall be made at the sole discretion of RitKeep.
- Absent any agreement made in advance of any third party undertaking any work to repair any Product, RitKeep will not be responsible for any such expenses or costs.
- In all cases, RitKeep shall make the final determination as to the appropriate reimbursement for any warranty claim.
Exclusive Remedy
The remedy of repair or replacement of any product under the terms of this warranty - as more particularly specified in the warranty reimbursement provisions and limitation above - constitutes the owner’s/purchaser’s exclusive remedy and is in lieu of any other remedy. In no event shall RitKeep be liable for special, consequential, or incidental damages associated with any claimed breach of warranty or for any delay in the performance of this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
The Limited Warranty shall not extend to any Product that has been subjected to the following:
- accident, damage, negligence, abuse or misuse
- improper assembly, installation and/or maintenance (if applicable)
- abnormal operating conditions
- alteration or modification
- a purpose or application in any way different from that for which it was designed
- General wear of a Product due to normal use is to be expected and does not give rise to any warranty claim
