Shipping Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. The delivery timeframe would be 5-7 days.

We cannot guarantee delivery time under special circumstances, such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc. If there are special circumstances, we will inform you by email.

*Things to note:

• Delivery days do not include the date of dispatch (i.e. Dispatch to ACT on Monday, count 5-7 days from Tuesday)
• Metropolitan areas may have quicker delivery times
• Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes / Parcel Lockers
• Contact number is required for all deliveries (preferably mobile number)

Free Metro Shipping only covers most Metropolitan areas. To see which postcodes are not covered, please see below:

Dispatch in batches.

We will dispatch your items immediately when they become available, so you may get several shipments from us. You only pay for shipping once and there are no additional charges.

Collections

You can pick up your order directly from our Sydney warehouse. Please contact our Service Team service@ritkeep.au for more details.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RitKeep includes the customs and taxes applied to your order.

Undeliverable Packages

In case a package delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or other factors, we will make every effort to contact you and resolve the situation. Please note that there may be additional shipping fees for reshipment.

How To Track Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order once your order has shipped. You can use the link we sent to monitor your shipment's status and estimated delivery date.

Warranty Period

Ritkeep provides a comprehensive warranty coverage for a duration from the date of purchase. During this period, we guarantee that your product will be free from any defects in material, functionality, and workmanship. The warranty is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser of the product, as long as you remain the owner. It is important to remember that the warranty is non-transferable.

Construction

FOR ALL WARRANTIES * Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding a RitKeep product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that our warranty does not apply to product or barbell service and maintenance. We recommend you properly service and maintain your product for life long product longevity.

** Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding a RitKeep product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
